30:, literally Union of Industry and Transport of the Czech Republic) is an employer's union in the Czech Republic. It is a non-state organization, independent of government, political parties and trade unions, influencing the economic and social policy of the government and working to create optimal conditions for business. It defends the interests of employers at the level of the Czech Republic, but also in European and global organizations. It negotiates on behalf of employers with the government and trade unions in the Council of Economic and Social Agreements, the so-called tripartite.
