The results might reflect that and I have no objection to changing them. Wilkes is the only source I have for them, but I suspect some of the party misidentifications are the result of what's written in Wilkes' sources, newspapers, journals, etc. which of course aren't without errors or party nicknames that have since ceased to exist. In this case, I'll defer to your judgement and I have no objection to changing the articles where necessary. 4474:

could always be certain that a link in the form "_____ Township, _____ County, Pennsylvania" will not be a redlink and will go to the correct page, while also leaving the short form as the actual title for those pages that don't need disambiguation. I believe this approach is somewhat more in line with avoiding unnecessary pre-disambiguation (as in the protracted TV show naming controversy and as had been a frequently point of contention in US city naming conventions.

It would be useful to know why this bot may be needed, what exactly your group is proposing to test using the Pennsylvania WikiProject, how the assessment tables for the WikiProject Pennsylvania may be changed/impacted, and whether or not the changes you're making will be reversable if WikiProject Pennsylvania members find these changes do not meet the needs of the group.) Thank you in advance for your response. Kind Regards.

To be clear, this is not a new bot that is performing some new operation, but rather a rewrite/update of the existing "second generation" WP 1.0 bot to its "third generation". The rewrite is proceeding in parts, so currently the only part that is rewritten is the code that walks through the "Pennsylvania articles by " pages and collects which articles are part of those categories. 4265:. Don't forget that in some instances it will not matter if a name is so vague as to be laughable since local naming can trump policies and guidelines (even though it is not suppose to), other like articles, and even common sense. This can also sometimes be supported by some administrators. If you hit some seemingly retarded local campaign just overlook it and keep going. 5696:
