witness box, but I have no recollection of any proceedings at the Royal Commission, or any media reports of alleged intimidation of pole inspector Jason Leech by any third party. Counsel assisting Jack Rush QC certainly robustly challenged Leech repeatedly as to whether UAMs solicitors had "ghosted" his witness statement, but Rush did not suggest in any way that the witness had been intimidated by anybody to sign that witness statement. If we start getting into this sort of detail, there is a risk that it could get bogged down in minutiae...! so maybe we could delete this, unless I am oblivious to important verifiable information. (always on the lookout for verifiable scandal ;-) --
