Zipfeln. In einem Siegel von 1554 reitet der Kaiser nach links, er trägt eine Kaiserkrone, die Fahne fehlt. Anfang des 18. Jahrhunderts erscheint der Reiter erstmals in einem Schild. In der Bürgermeistermedaille von 1819 ist der Reiter wieder nach rechts gerichtet. Die Farben sind in der Bamberger Vasallentafel von 1603 überliefert. Der Reiter wird als Kaiser Heinrich II. gedeutet. Er stiftete 1007 das Bistum Bamberg, zu dem Hollfeld gehörte.
