The student, Chike Uzuegbunam, was told he could only engage in this sort of activity by getting permission three days in advance and only at one of the two free speech zones on campus. In addition, the county purchased 160 acres of land located off Georgia 316 and Collins Hill Road in 1994 to solely designate it for the development of a college campus.
